Workshops & Activities

The workshops and activities are designed to help participants explore the meaning of past experiences, release patterns that no longer serve them, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and wholeness. Through guided practices, reflection, and creative exploration, participants are supported in accessing their own inner wisdom and cultivating greater awareness, resilience, and alignment in the present.

Workshops and activities may include a range of experiential offerings such as:

  • Practices for realigning with one’s inner guidance
  • Inner child reflection and healing exercises
  • Visualization meditations
  • Energy awareness and release practices
  • Creative and visionary art explorations
  • Gentle yoga and embodied movement sessions
  • Watsu aquatic therapies
  • Facilitated group sharing and integration circles

Near the Retreat Center

Before and after you arrive at Spirit Vine, spend time in the nearby coastal town of Itacare. It is strongly recommended you extend your trip a few days before and after the retreat to allow your body time to adjust before traveling home. Take a boating excursion to one of the islands, visit a waterfall, explore the local shops, and see what the area has to offer. We will arrange a car to take you to and from the center.
